Talent Manager
This is a very flexible package, which can combine all elements of HR but with the added benefit of being your recruitment arm at no extra cost. Our dedicated Talent Consultants will help you retain and motivate the people you have hired through our in-house recruitment service and who are already in your team through the introduction of 360 degree review and appraisal schemes and personal development plans. We generally begin by developing a HR strategy for you and then we will implement it for you.
Talent Manager Plus
Our premium package, this customisable package gives you the ultimate in Recruitment and HR and Employment Law for your company. It includes the great benefits of our Talent Manager and Recruiter packages, but further includes a deeper HR and Legal policy component. Our Talent Consultants, are dedicated to your account and work on site with you to ensure that your processes and policies are kept updated with current legislation and that you have correctly dealt with all the components of successfully managing a larger staff base including Staff Handbooks, disciplinary procedures and data and email policies. These will also be kept up to date to deal with changing legislation.
